Services Provided
Upon entrance into the program residents will receive individual evaluation, and the development of transition goals with a focus of short term and long term gains. Goals will be evaluated and updated on a regular basis and will assist individual transition needs. Needs for transition are decided on a case by case basis and include career goals and post treatment placement options (i.e., child’s home, independent living situation etc.)
