ACES is an alternative school support program for students of Albany County School District who have been suspended or expelled.

education support

ACES is a family-centered program which means we are committed to meeting your student's needs together.

You know your child best, so we'll work with you to identify solutions that address immediate concerns as well as provide long-term support.

If your family would like information about counseling or connection to ongoing resources, our team can help.

support for students who are suspended or expelled

ACES is a program provided through the Laramie Youth Crisis Center and provides alternative school support when students have been suspended or expelled from Albany County School District.

Participation is of no cost to families and offers a safe place for students to be during the school day while working with certified teachers and counselors.

During the time period indicated by your child's school, students can come to ACES (located at the Laramie Youth Crisis Center) to stay on track academically while receiving support in an alternative school setting.

Our team believes that learning happens everywhere -

in our homes, communities, workplaces, outdoors, and classrooms. When young people believe they have the skills to succeed, they reduce their risk of self-harm, substance use, and involvement with the legal system. We are committed to fostering feelings of confidence through education and independence.
