Cathedral Home offers counseling services for anyone of any age throughout Laramie and the state of Wyoming. Our clinicians create a welcoming space to talk through anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, relationships, or whatever you’re facing — with flexible therapy options and telehealth to fit your life.

Keep in mind that counseling isn't a substitute for urgent needs. In the event of a mental health emergency, dial 988. You can also text WYO to 741741 for free, confidential mental health support, or call the Laramie Youth Crisis Center at (307) 742-5936.

Counseling FAQs

  • Yes! Not located in Laramie? No problem. Our team of six clinical mental health counselors offer telehealth counseling options to kids, teens, young adults, and families anywhere in Wyoming.

  • No. Referrals are welcome, but not needed. If you’re interested in seeking mental health counseling for you, your child, or your family, please submit an inquiry by clicking “Submit an Inquiry for Counseling” above.

  • We accept many insurance plans, Medicaid, or self-pay. If you are unable to pay for counseling, financial assistance is available thanks to the generosity of our donors. Cathedral Home is a nonprofit and believes everyone should have access to quality mental health care, regardless of ability to pay. Our team will walk you through insurance and payment options during the intake process.

  • We do not currently have a waitlist, and we believe access to mental health care and counseling should be timely. After submitting your inquiry, you can expect to hear from a member of our team within 48 hours.
